An app for employees, an app for the barista and a dashboard for management: employees order from their app, orders reach the barista app to be tracked through delivery, and management runs the corners and tracks reports on the dashboard.
For employees
Employee app
For every employee with an account from their organization: they order drinks or food from the coffee corner without leaving their desk.

Browse the corner’s menu and order drinks and food directly.

For the person who prepares orders at the corner: employee orders come in with their details and delivery location, and each corner has its own barista account.

Add products with their options, and switch off what’s no longer available.

Getting started
How to get started
Request a trial
Your organization requests a trial, and we contact you to arrange it.
Set up the corner and accounts
We set up your corner in the system with you, including its menu and delivery places, and employee and barista accounts are created in the dashboard.
Download and sign in
Employees download the employee app, and the barista app is installed on the corner’s device. Then everyone signs in with the details your organization’s admin shares.
Questions about the apps
I downloaded the app but can’t sign in. What should I do?
Accounts can’t be created from the app itself; your organization’s admin creates them. Contact your admin to get your sign-in details or to check that your account is active.
Which app do I need?
If you order from the coffee corner, download the employee app. If you prepare orders at the corner, use the barista app on the corner’s device, signed in with that corner’s barista account. Management uses the dashboard in the browser.
Are the apps available on iPhone?
Not yet. Both apps are coming soon to the App Store, and are available now on Google Play for Android devices.

Is the dashboard an app I download?
No, the dashboard runs directly in your browser at go.keif.app.
