Payment and invoices
Card
mada, Visa and Mastercard, up to SAR 20,000 per payment, including any VAT.
Bank transfer
Business and Enterprise & Government customers can pay by purchase order on net-30 invoice terms. Otherwise, any payment above SAR 20,000 is made by bank transfer against a quote, and the invoice is issued when we receive the payment.
Invoice details
Never a blocker to paying: when you buy as a company or government entity, the invoice is issued in your organization’s name, and you can add your legal name, CR number, VAT number (if you have one) and national address at checkout or after payment. If you buy as an individual, the invoice is issued in your name.
Etimad
For government entities: an annual contract through Etimad, with quarterly claims in arrears.
Subscription policies
Yearly subscription
Card subscriptions renew automatically. You can switch off auto-renewal any time before the renewal date, and service continues to the end of the paid year. Subscriptions paid by bank transfer, purchase order or through Etimad renew by a new quote or contract.
Upgrading mid-year
Moving to Business or adding corners takes effect immediately. You pay only the prorated difference for the days left in your subscription year, and your renewal date stays the same. If the amount due is above the card limit and paid by bank transfer against a quote, the change starts when we confirm receipt of the payment. Changes to Etimad contracts need a contract amendment.
Downgrading
Moving to a lower plan or removing corners takes effect at renewal, with no refund or credit for the current subscription year.
Refunds
The free pilot is your evaluation period, so fees are non-refundable once paid, except where the Terms of Service provide a refund of prepaid fees for the remaining period, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

What counts as a corner?
A corner is one preparation point with its own order queue. It can run on any number of barista devices.
Does the price go up as we add employees?
No. There’s no charge and no limit for employees or orders; you pay per corner only.
What happens when the pilot ends?
Choose a yearly plan to keep your corner taking orders. If you don’t subscribe, ordering pauses and your dashboard stays available in read-only mode. We keep your data for 60 days from the date ordering is paused, and you can ask us for a copy during that period. When that period ends, we notify you in writing and then delete the data under the Terms of Service, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
Can we upgrade or add corners before our subscription year ends?
Yes, any time, and the change takes effect immediately. You pay only the prorated difference for the days left in your subscription year, and your renewal date stays the same. If the amount due is above SAR 20,000 and paid by bank transfer against a quote, the change starts when we confirm receipt of the payment. Changes to Etimad contracts need a contract amendment.
Are fees refundable?
Fees are non-refundable once paid, since the free pilot is your evaluation period. The exceptions are the cases in the Terms of Service where Keif refunds prepaid fees for the remaining period (such as a material cut to core features, termination for Keif’s breach, or prolonged force majeure), and where applicable law requires a refund.
We don’t have a CR or VAT number. Can we still subscribe?
Yes, payment goes through without them. If you are buying for an organization, we ask for its details after payment so we can issue the invoice in its name; individual buyers receive an invoice in their own name.
How do we pay?
By card (mada, Visa or Mastercard) for payments up to SAR 20,000, including any VAT. Business and Enterprise & Government customers can also pay by purchase order on net-30 invoice terms, and government entities pay through Etimad. Otherwise, payments above that amount are made by bank transfer against a quote, with the invoice issued when we receive the payment.
Do you work with government entities?
Yes. Government entities contract with us annually through Etimad, and we raise a claim at the end of each quarter for the quarter just ended.
